The nice folks at TechWhirl graciously published an article I co-wrote with Lauren Hart. Lauren is a TechWhirl colleague who currently works as a technical writer in Boston. During one of our Editorial Conference Calls, a couple of participants on the call shared their Doc-to-Help socks they received at a conference and the ideas took off from there.
